The assessment workbench
The skills, the responsibilities, the constraints. A useful shortlist starts with a useful brief.
See what was inferred and why an assessment was suggested. Adjust the brief if we missed something.
Review official product details. You choose the tests; delivery stays with the assessment provider.
The source matters
A provider name is not an integration. Here is what powers recommendations today, and what does not.
The current release uses an existing import of SHL assessment metadata. Recommendations include official assessment product links where available. These links have not been recently reverified; details and availability may have changed.
HackerRank, CodeSignal, HackerEarth, and other providers are being researched. Their demonstration records are excluded from the production catalog. We do not claim complete provider coverage or access to private assessment libraries.
“Review on SHL” opens an official product page in a new tab, not a free test or an assessment launch. Pricing, licensing, test content, accessibility, and candidate invitations must be confirmed with the provider.
This is an independent discovery tool. Listing a provider does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Human judgment, better informed
We connect the requirements in a role to assessment metadata, then show the reasons for the match.
The parser uses rules and a skill taxonomy. It can miss context. Use the explicit time, skill, remote-testing, and proctoring controls to correct it; these choices take priority over inference.
Required remote testing and proctoring need verified catalog evidence. Unknown support does not pass. Suggestions must match a required skill, or have other specific matching evidence when no required skills are known. A catalog gap returns no suggestions rather than unrelated tests.
Saved results retain assessment details as they were when generated. Unavailable assessments invalidate affected plans. Unknown member durations produce an unknown plan duration. Follow official product links to confirm current details, suitability, accessibility, and delivery terms.
This tool recommends assessments, not candidates. Its rank is not a calibrated measure of assessment quality, validity, or fairness. It must not be used as an automatic hiring decision system.
A clear account of this release
What this app sends and keeps, without a compliance badge or a promise it cannot support.
Your unsent job description stays in this page's memory. Opening or dismissing the access dialog does not send it. It is not saved as a browser draft and will be lost on reload or closing the page.
After you unlock and submit, the role description, optional role details, inferred requirements, and recommendations are stored by the Assessment OS service in your workspace. Locking clears local access and displayed results, not records already saved on the server. Cancelling a request cannot undo a write already received by the service.
The key is kept in this browser tab's session storage when available, and is sent only to the configured Assessment OS service. Browsers may restore or duplicate tabs. Same-origin scripts can access session storage; this is not an HttpOnly cookie. Lock the workspace on a shared device and ask your workspace owner to revoke a key when needed.
The site and service are hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and opening a provider review link takes you to that provider's website. No candidate information is needed here. Do not paste resumes, candidate contact details, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Self-service deletion and a formal retention schedule are not implemented in this release. Contact your workspace owner for access, revocation, and data-removal requests before using the service for sensitive work.

Browser storage is unavailable. Access works in memory only. If storage cannot be cleared, close this tab and clear site data on a shared device; ask your owner to revoke the key when needed.
